Chandigarh.Ch.T O 2215 Non Plan--- 1 Repair of chiller machine , decaling of condensor with other allied works given below to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Scope of Work:- Tightness check of all electrical and control connections.- Claibration of all sensors and transducers - Thermal imaging of electrical cables for any overheating using infrared thermometre.-Cleaning of all valves for any rust or moisture. Soap Solution leakage test in chiller.Motor Terminals cleaning with CRC.- Compressor motor testing.Observation of running parameters of chiller.Visual inspection of oil and gas from sight glasses. -Testing of Chiller sofety devices. 2 Water temperature Sensor 3 Oil Heater 4 Antifreeze Switch 5 Supply of Flow Switch 6 Load/unload Solenoid Valve 7 Filter Drier Core 8 Oil Filter 9 Discharge Line Gasket 10 Lubricant Oil 11 Refrigerant R134a 12 Evacuation of Chiller which inludes -N2 Pressure Testing-Evacuation-Leakage Repair-Charging of Refrigerant and restartup of chiller 13 Descaling of Condenser 14 RMS(Routine Maintenance service):Includes Installation of spare parts including Maintenance of chiller, calibration of sensors and transducers, motor and compressor inspection etc. 15 Note “For this particular work, executing agencies duly authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) i.e. Daikin only are eligible to quote for this work” and the work should be carried out strictly by the authorized service Engineer of Daikin Company alongwith Original parts/equipment required as per standards of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).”. ”.
