Spilled Asphalt, Oil Sludge Cleaning Works In Asphalt Tank Farm Area At Cpcl, Manali , Ok , Removing Spillages Such As Bitumen / Asphalt / Wax / Lube Oil/Sludge Etc. Manually From Storage Tank Farms, Pump Houses, Filling, Handling Areas And/Or From The Storm Water Drains/Culverts, Roads And/Or From Any Other Locations As Directed, From Time To Time By Scrapping, De-Canding Using Spade And Other Tools, Collecting The Scrapped Stuff In Open Drums Of 200 Litres Capacity (I.E. 90% Fill Without Spillage) Stack The Drums Filled With Collected Stuff On The Sides Of Roads, Outside The Tankfarms Or Any Other Suitable Nearby Site Of Work As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge(Empty Oil Drums Will Be Supplied By Cpcl From Stores / Wh / Available At Various Places. The Contractor Has To Make Its Own Arrangement For Shifting From Issue Location To Site Of Work And Cut Open The Top Lid Of Drums) Including All Labour, Tools & Tackles, Etc. Unit Of Measurement Shall Be Per Drum. , Collecting Of Drums Filled With Oily Sludge / Asphalt Muck / Debris Etc.,From Refinery - I, Ii, Iii, Offsites, Co-Gen And R&D Locations Of Refinery Premises, Intercarting And Neatly Stacking The Drums At Asphalt/Fo Reclaimer Units/ Other Designated Locations At Om&S-I/Ii Area Including All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Labour, Etc., Removal Of Oil Spills During Carting By Spreading Sand, Scraping The Area All As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. Unit Of Measurement Shall Be Per Drum. , Collecting Of Drums Filled With Oily Sludge / Asphalt Muck / Debris Etc., From Refinery - I, Ii, Iii, Offsites, Co-Gen And R&D Locations Of Refinery Premises And Intercarting Through South Gate And Neatly Stacking The Drums Etc. At Sludge Pits/ Lagoons/ Other Designated Locations In Etp/Mtf Area Within The Refinery Premises, Including All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Labour, Etc., Removal Of Oil Spills During Carting By Spreading Sand, Scraping The Area All As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. Unit Of Measurement Shall Be Per Drum. , Removing Oil Sludge / Muck /Oil Mixed Earth In Tank Farms And Other Surrounding Areasby Surface Excavation Not Exceeding 30Cm In Depth And Any Mechanized Removal Of Floating Oil/Spilled Asphalt/Lube Oil/Oil Sludge/Muck At Any Loaction As Directed By Eic And Disposal Of The Same In Sludge Pits / Bio-Remediation Sites At Etp-Ii Area/Amullaivoyal Area; With All Lifts And Maximum Radial Lead Of 7 Km Complete Including All Loading, Unloading, Transportation And Removing Oil Spillage During Transporting By Spreading M Sand, Scraping The Area All As Directed With All Labour, Tools, Tackles, Transport Supervision, Safety Permits, Safety Precaution Etc. As Per Direction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. 2	Removing spillages such as bitumen / asphalt / wax / Lube oil/sludge etc. manually from storage tank farms, pump houses, filling, handling areas and/or from the storm water drains/culverts, roads and/or from any other locations as directed, from time to time by scrapping, de-canding using spade and other tools, collecting the scrapped stuff in open drums of 200 litres capacity (i.e. 90% fill without spillage) stack the drums filled with collected stuff on the sides of roads, outside the tankfarms or any other suitable nearby site of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge(Empty oil drums will be supplied by CPCL from stores / WH / available at various places. The contractor has to make its own arrangement for shifting from issue location to site of work and cut open the top lid of drums) including all labour, tools & tackles, etc. Unit of measurement shall be per drum.
3	Collecting of drums filled with oily sludge / asphalt muck / debris etc.,from Refinery - I, II, III, offsites, Co-Gen and R&D locations of Refinery premises, intercarting and neatly stacking the drums at Asphalt/FO reclaimer units/ other designated locations at OM&S-I/II area including all types of tools & tackles, labour, etc., removal of oil spills during carting by spreading sand, scraping the area all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Unit of measurement shall be per drum.
4	Collecting of drums filled with oily sludge / asphalt muck / debris etc., from Refinery - I, II, III, offsites, Co-Gen and R&D locations of Refinery premises and intercarting through south gate and neatly stacking the drums etc. at sludge pits/ lagoons/ other designated locations in ETP/MTF area within the Refinery premises, including all types of tools & tackles, labour, etc., removal of oil spills during carting by spreading sand, scraping the area all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Unit of measurement shall be per drum.
5	Removing oil sludge / muck /oil mixed earth in tank farms and other surrounding areasby surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth and any mechanized removal of floating oil/spilled asphalt/lube oil/oil sludge/muck at any loaction as directed by EIC and disposal of the same in sludge pits / bio-remediation sites at ETP-II area/Amullaivoyal area; with all lifts and maximum radial lead of 7 km complete including all loading, unloading, transportation and removing oil spillage during transporting by spreading M sand, scraping the area all as directed with all labour, tools, tackles, transport supervision, safety permits, safety precaution etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (8.7% of volume will be deducted towards voids)
6	Supplying of empty new MS circular drums of 200 lit capacity in good condition with top open free from material and fabrication defects (I.D.= 572mm,Inside height = 851mm)
