Up-Gradation / Modification Of Substation Equipment At Jail No. 8 / 9, Tihar Jail, Delhi-- 1 MAIN LT PANEL Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical modular type LT panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design having bus bar chamber duly fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame, back, sides, partition & doors and 3mm thick for glad plate duly powder coated in approved shade including cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process complete with2000 Amp capacity extensible type four strip aluminium alloy bus bars of hight conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports having short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars, control wiring with2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, cooling / ventilation fans including construction of suitable CC foundation, in & out connections and providing & Fixing following switch gears therein etc. complete as required.
