| 1 | AMC (monthly O&M Charges) of OWS facilities and network : Operation, Manning and Maintenance charges for operation & maintenance of OWS system (150 KL/Hr x 3, details of the equipment are mentioned in the scope of work) at IOCL, Mundra Pump Station, deployment of requiredmanpower for operation and maintenance of the system including one skilled technician as maintenance in charge, two semi-skilled labor for operation and one unskilled labor for housekeeping and upkeepment of area in general shift. All inclusive of tools and tackles including personal protective equipment for the manpower deployed at site, testing equipment including supply of all routine spares/consumables at No extra cost to IOCL, all transportation, all procurement efforts and all labour etc., carrying out routine, preventive, major overhauling, breakdown maintenance of all equipment and system network as per sound engineering, OEM recommendations, operating and maintenance practices, as per special condition of contract and directions of EIC. |

The hot water mixed with oil, muck etc. shall be routed to the nearest industrial oil water sewage manhole.
