Annual Maintenance Contract For Skilled Type Repair And Maintenance Of Misc Mechanical Jobs At Tdp, Etp, Utility And Other Equipments Located In Different Locations Of Dcc
Detail of job to be carried out in this contract. a) Maintenance of equipments and machine in all sections, espicaially TDP, ETP, UTILITY Unit of DCC Plant as per requirement.b) Handling and Shifting of materials, equipment’s and accessories in all sections of plant. c) Inspection, greasing and routine maintenance of equipment’s in all sections of plant.d) Preventive Maintenance / Break down maintenance/ replacement of equipment of above section and anywhere in the plant.e) Erection and dismantling of scaffolding required for different maintenance at plant site. f) Removal of scrap materials from all sections of plant.g) Fabrication & replacement of damage structural part in safety aspects and repairing and replacement of pipe lines of service water, fire water, Steam, Tar, compressed Air in TDP, ETP, UTILITY Unit and other non operating section of DCC Plant. h) Maintenance of Other skilled Mechanical works to be done anywhere in Plant or Township as when required by Engineer In-Charge. i) Any other work in plant or township as dircted by Engineer In Charge. Attend any emergency breakdown occurred at any section of mech. Department.
