Square deck 3 ft. height- square platform is made up of 14 swg gi sheet. size of platform will be 1140 x 1140 mm. flange width of platform will be 75 mm. 20 mm x 3 mm dimples are embossed on platform for antiskid surface. Stiffeners made up of 14 swg gi sheet in c shapes are provided below platform for additional safety. deck pipe is made up of 80 nb gi b class pipe. Bracing frame is made up of 20 nb gi b- class pipe & ms clamps. 2. 3 ft. ht. staircase – gi- staircase is made up of 14 swg gi. riser of staircase will be 152mm and trade will be 186mm. width of the staircase will be 600mm. Staircase side width will be 188mm. 20mm x 3mm dimples are embossed on staircase for antiskid surface. Height of the staircase will be 3’ht. Staircase railing will be made up of 25 nb & 20 nb gi b-class pipe. 3. 3’ ht. cliff climber- the centre pipe is made of 25 n.b. g.i. pipes. four no of roto cliff pods of different colours are attached for climbing purpose. Diameter of pod will be 1 ft & height will be 11 inch. 4. 3’ ht. Roto straight open slide- the module is made up of lldp plastic. The inside dimension of the slide will be 420 mm. the length of the slide will be 6 ft.-6.5 ft. this is a double wall slide. Slide is supported with tee support made up of 40 Nb gi b class pipe. 5. double slide entry- slide entry is made up of lldpe plastic in rotational molding. the slide entry is supported by 20nb gi pipes with nylon clamps. Length will be 950 mm &height will be 750 mm. 6. roto house canopy- house canopy is made up of lldpe roto moulded plastic. this is in shape of house roof. house canopy size will be minimum – 1500 mm x 1600 mm. it has fitted with chimney on top of canopy. size of the chimney will be 420 mm x450 mm x500 mm 7. palm tree- palm tree is made up of lldpe plastic is fixed on top pipe. of the swingsize of the palm tree will be-850x850 mm having 6-7 mm thickness height of palm tree will be 350 mm. 8. double post swing- top bar is made up of 50nb g.i pipe having 2 nos. profile plate at end. the length of top bar is 2.8m long. side frame is made up of 80 nb gi pipe. special design pipe clamps hold assembly of nylon bearing. it gives noiseless and smooth movement to the swing. ss 304 chain of 8 mm dia is use for connecting rubber belt seat with ss bearing s hook.rubber belt.seat is made up of rubber with non-skid surface with nylon lining in sandwich pattern.belt seat should be 13 mm thick. s. s. triangular hook is molded in belt in such a way that it won’t project from the top surface of the belt seats. roto moulded lldpe plastic sparrow & butterfly characters are fixed on top bar.9. 5 ft ht roto spiral slide- the module is made up of lldp plastic.the inside dimension of the slide will be 650 mm. overall slide diameter will be 1600 mm.depth of slide will be 325 mm.this is a double wall slide, having 5-6 mm thickness on each wall.slide moudles has internal stiffners for strenght & rigdness.slide center support is made up of 100 nb gi pipe.additional midlanding support of 100 nb is given for stability of slide. 10. roto split level ladder- the purpose of this ladder is to combine suitable twodifferent sized decks. it is made up of lldpe plastic in rotomoulding process.it has double wall thickness and inbuilt stiffners. 11. roto cross railing- this railing is made up of rotational molding process which consists of lldpe mixed with uv stabilized food grade material for making it uv resistant. the railing is fixed on powder coated gi pipe frame of 20 nb & connected with deck pipe with nylon clamps.size of the railing will be 940 mm x 1200 mm x 80 mm. 12. 3’ ht fire men pole- this pole of the fire men is made up out of 40 nb gi b class pipe and is made for the purpose using it as a climber. 13. sparrow- sparrow is made up of lldpe plastic is fixed on top pipe. having 6-7 mm thickness height of sparrow will be 250 mm. All complete as per thetechnical specifications to manufacture the item. The Complete item to be fixed in C:C (1:2:4) block of size:- 60x60x60cm after deep excavation/earth work at site as required. All complete as per direction and Pre approval of engineer in- charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipments etc.
