The microprocessor based signal converter shall have a self-diagnostic testmode and a backlit display that continuously displays “Rate of Flow” and “Total Volume”.Converter shall be supplied with a programmable low flow drop out, higher flow and empty pipezero return. The signal converter housing should be die-cast aluminum with glass window. Theconverter cum transmitter should be fully programmable from the front facia.
