| 2 | Manning the Fire Water Pump Housein 02 Shift basis for operation of Fire Engines, Jockey Pump, Security Air compressors,Service Air compressors, Cooling water pumps, Air Dryers. This includes routine operation/checking & minor maintenance of Fire Engines, Jockey Pump, Security Air compressors, Service Air compressors, Cooling water pumps, Air Dryers as directed by Plant Officials from time to time. In addition to above all minor electrical maintenace jobs in Plant including inside license area has to be carried out as per the direction of plant officials, whever required in Morning Shift.( 01 Skilled worker in each shift). |

| 5 | Supervisor for day to day petty electrical maintenance jobs in General Shift basis. The following jobs are required to be executed by the supervisor with assistance of the workers - a). Substation, VCB, ACB, CT,PT, APFCP, DG Sets, Lightening Arrestor, UPS & batteries and Effluent Treatment Plant. b). Maintenance of PMCC panels, wiring, circuit designing, laying of cables, excavation, trenching, earthing, dismantling, cleaning of inside electrical panels using vaccumm cleanerweekly pest control of electrical panels etc. c). Operation & petty maintenance of all the electrical fittings/ equipments in the adminstrative builing,S&D, Canteen, Parking Area, Security Barracks, Toilets etc. d). Assisting in unloading of diesel from tankers to storage tanks, stock monitoring of diesel, transfers of diesels to individual tanks of fire engines & DG sets.e). All tower lights, street lights, high mast towers and shed lights in all the operating sheds inside license area or plant premises.f). Checking & providing earthing, bonding,wherever required or directed by plant officials, assisting in laying of cables in trenches, glanding of motors, panels. g). Daily checking of all electrical appliances/ panels inside the plant area for the intactness of the FLP properly & rectify the faults if any. h).Operation & maintenance of 75 KWp Solar Power Plant, which includes equipment like solar panels, inverter, battery bank etc.i). Attending to any equipment breakdown and replacement of parts (to be supplied by IOCL).j). Providing assistance during AMC/OEM/Predictive/Preventive/Breakdown maintenance visits by Vendors and during electrical testings as directed by Plant Officials.k). Maintenance of all Log Books and preventive maintenance record whereever required and as directed by Plant Official.l). Weekly vibration monitoring of all rotatory equipments and record keeping.m). Back-washing of service water tank filter on daily basis and record maintenance as recorded by Plant Official. n). Once in a week JB/DB general check-up (both FLP/non-FLP);Earthing check-up of all electrical facilities & other equipment and recordkeeping as directed by Plant Official. o). Any other job assigned by Plant Officials.( 01 High Skilled worker in general shift) |
