    2SOR ITEM "00010: Service charge per diem for 1 expert 1EA means Service charge for one expert service engineer per day on normal working days (6 days mon-sat per week except holidays observed by IOCL). Daily timings are from 0830hrs to 1730hrs inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.
    3SOR ITEM "00020: To & Fro travel To & Fro travel from Vendor Office to Vadodara and return together shall be considered as 01 EA. It shall be paid as per actuals subject to this ceiling, on production of documentary evidence. Mode of travel shall be air(Economy class)/train(2nd AC)as per site requirement.
    4SOR ITEM "00020: Expert services O/H Pumps&Turbine LAB Service Required for Plant: 9031 ,Gujarat Refinery: LAB-BE
