    Tender For Video Conference Solution At Corporate Office -Thrissur. 1 Vendor should supply suitable VC codec device with auto tracking and accessories for the room size of 26 seaters. 2 Vendor should provide 2 Tile ceiling mics with DSP, Amplifier and other necessary accessories 3 Solution should support IP calling and popular Cloud Collaboration/VC solutions (Zoom, Teams and Webex) 4 Display and Speakers already available in the room and same may integrate with the solution. 5 Vendor should provide all the fitting and accessories to connect/integrate the solution. 6 Vendor should include and carry out all the civil work activities for placing/mounting the supplied equipment. 7 Vendor should provide 3 years on site support for any issues with OEM back-to-back support for all supplied equipment. 8 Vendor should have office, support personal at Thrissur/Kochi and the support partner of OEMs. 9 Vendor should have minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation and support of VC solutions (The reference to be provided)
