87Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning with all tools & Parts of following Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Solar Submersible D.C. Water Motor Pump Suitable for minimum 125mm x 115mm bore well as per MNRE Guideline with following specifications & accessories.
88SPV arrays contains specified No of same capacity type & specification modules connected to series or parallel to obtained the required voltage & current the power output of individual PVmodules should be minimum 200 watt peak.
89i) The SPV modules should be as per IEC-61215 and IEC 61730 part 1.0)
90ii) All external parts of motor pump used in submersible pump which are in contact of water is stainless steel grade 303 or higher as required.
91iii) The PV modules shouldbe mounted on metallic structure of adequate strength and appropriate design which can withstand load of modules & High wind pressure up to 200Km/h.
92iv) The module mounting structure should be hot dip galvanized according to IS 4759.
93v) To enhance the performance of SPV water pumping system & arrangement for seasonal tilt angle Adjustment should be provided
94vi) Necessary arrangement should be provided in controller automatic start-run-stop through out the day with water level detection system. (As per MNRE Specification)
95vii) Necessary protection such as lightening arrestor etc. should be provided to protect the controller & SPV
96viii) The suction/delivery pipe shall be UPVC / H.D.P.E. pipes of appropriate size 60m or more as required minimum pressure rating of 8kg/Sq cm- PE 100 grade for pump up to 3HP & 10 Kg/Sq cm- PE 100 grade for 5 HP.
97ix) All cable used shall be as per IS 694. Suitable size of cable shall be used in sufficient length for inter connection between the SPV array to SPV controller and SPV controller to solar power pump. Provision of cable shall be as per IS 14536.
98x) The motor pump set should have a 5 years warranty.
99xi) Control panel suitable for motor pump with arrangement of dry run & over flow protection sensor, float switch & rain prevention box. (As per MNRE Specification)
100xii) The SPV controller must have IP-65 protection or must be housed in cabinet having at least IP-65 protection.
101xiii) The system should be as per MNRE guide line & Eco-friendly with suitable arrangement to operate new pump manually.
102xiv) With third party inspection before dispatch.
103xv) Provision for web basedremote monitoring of the pumps to be installed must be made through the inbuilt controllers . It should be possible to ascertain the daily water output, the power generated by PV Array ,the Up and downtime of the pump during the year, number of days the pump was unused or under breakdown repairs.
