Total Carbon- 3.20 To 3.6 Percent2. Manganese – 2.2 To 3.2 Percent3. Silicon- 1.2- 2.2 Percent4. Phosphorus- 0.5 Percent Maximum.5. Sulphur- 0.15 Percent Maximum.• All Roller Shell Shall Be Of Coarse Grain Cast Iron Having Hardness 180 To 210 Bhn.• The Cast Iron Shell Shall Be Hot Shrunk On Forged Steel Shaft.• The Cast Iron Shell To Be Bored To Finished Size And Shaft Seating Diameters To Be Made Before Shell Bore Diameters To Suit Interference Fit.• All Rollers Shell Shall Be Provided With Circumferential “V” Grooving.
