    Bids Are Invited For ( A ) . Door Step Pickup Of Items From Material Organisation, Kochi , Pin Code 682004 And Door Step Delivery Of Item At Ins Parundu, Ramanathapuram, Pin Code 623534 ( B ) . The Firm Has Do The Necessary Arrangements For Pick Up, Loading, Transportation Unloading Of The Items At Source And Destination. ( C ) It Is The Responsibility Of The Firm To Obtain Required Permission And Passes For Entering Personnel And Vehicles Inside The Naval Premises In Advance. ( D ) The Packages ( Defence Goods ) Are Varies In Size And Weight, Hence The Rate Per Kilogram Should Be Mentioned Separately. ( E ) Firm Should Collect The Packages Within One Day On Intimation And Should Be Delivered On The Fastest Mode Available. ( F ) Firm Should Provide The Electronic Tracking Number Within 24Hrs After Collection Of Packages. ( G ) Payment Will Be Processed Through Jcda ( K ) On Monthly Basis. Firm Has To Submit The Invoice And Other Documents On Monthly Basis For Completed Transactions.
