Charges for carrying out annual maintenance contract for cleaning of kitchen exhaust system in Vindhya Mess (2 Floors), Niligiri Mess (3 Floors) & Himalaya mess including Foot court area (3 floors), Taramani Guest house, Bose einstein Guest house and Ground & First floor of Campus Cafe. The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification and cleaning schedule specified in the special condition 4.9. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour and material charges etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.eer-in-charge.
