Supply of Solar High Mast, with 2 Day Autonomy, having 4 Luminaries of 60W each with Colour Temperature of 3000K. 10 Meter GI High mast, designed to sustain a wind speed of 180 KM/hr, with 4Pcs of 60W Led fixture enclosed in Pressure die cast Aluminium Housing, powder coated in silver grey and with Toughened glass, The 240W of Light will be backed up and powered by More than 2450 Wh of Lithium Ferrous Phosphate Based Battery Backup and the system will be charged by 670Wp of Solar PolyCrystalline PV Modules. (335Wp X 2 Modules) 10 Meter Polygonal Pole, GI with necessary mounting arrangement for Solar PV Module & Light Fittings Mounting arrangement should be such that it is easy to maintain 4 Units of 60W LED Light with secondary Lens, in Aluminium Die Casting, IP66 Protection, Auto Switching Dask to Dawn, Led Driver cum charge controller should be equipped withthe following features, MPPT based charge controller with Three stage battery charge monitoring algorithm, Greater than 90 percent efficiency, Short Circuit Protection, Battery Over- charge Protection, Battery Deep Discharge Protection, PV Reverse Voltage Polarity Protection, Battery Reverse Voltage Polarity Protection, Software Watch-dog for LED Over-current Protection, (Zero Dark Spot at ground level) 4 Units of 54Ah LiFePO4 Battery BIS approved, with easily replaceable mounting and wiring arrangement 4 Units of 335Wp in 24V Voc Solar PV Modules Polycrystalline with RFID Tag All wirings with the modules should be made using 4Sqmm Solar cables, the connection with the Modules to be made using MC4 Connectors. System must have an inbuilt Remote Monitoring System, integrated with MPPT charge controller and it would record the parameters at a fixed interval of 10 Minutes, Recorded data should be available in the PDF, XLS, JPED, PNG& SVG Format with the Data logging of the following parameters 1. Battery: Voltage/Current/Power 2. Solar PV Module: Voltage/Current/Power 3. Load: ON-Off Status/Voltage/Current/Power 4. Fault description 5. Site Co-ordinates as approved by EIC.

Earthing with 50mm dia Gl Pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. Long) 13mm. Dia x 80mm long Gl bolt, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm dia Gl pipe protection (1mts. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the gound level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed for Morrum Soil.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing Project Display Boards at different locations ofproject area made with M.S .Sheets and angle, including writing letters both Bengali and English encrypt of project name,project cost, necessary pictures,animations etc. including suitable section MS channel as per design properly fixing within ground of 1M below ground level and upto 4 mtr above GL with M15 grade of concrete including all paintings and complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge without electrical illumination works.
