49Supply,installation,Testing and commissioning of 500 KVA diesel generator set directly coupled by flex disc and placed on common Frame mounted on  Anti -Vibration mounting   under acoustic enclosure with inbuilt complete remote monitoring control of 500 KVA capacity with IP 23 as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 and other necessary standards including foundation as per manufacturer"s recommendations.
50(a)Brushless Alternator rated  500 KVA at  0.8 PF lagging, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 50 Cycles/Sec., 1500 RPM, stator winding of  Double layer winding with pole pitch 2/3 and dynamically balanced rotor. Self excited and self Regulated with brushless Excitation conforming to  IS/IEC 60034-1. Voltage Regulation of +/- 1% from No load to Full Load by using AVR(solid state device).  Electronic Governor of class G3 and frequency variation not more than +/-1% as per conforming to IS-BS 5514.  Insulation class “H” and should be sustained to Temperature rise in windings. Necessary protection  to alternator from  internal faults like under voltage ,over voltage,over load ,under/low frequency,short circuit protection against Line fault,earth faults,phase failure. Wave form/Total harmonic Distortion is less than 3%  complete all as specified. Make: KOEL GREEN /Kirloskar/Stampford / Crompten / Jyoti (b) Diesel Engine, Liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation . Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developingwithsystem with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and aoutomatic start with 12VDC motor powered  through two Batteries each of capacities  of 180AHinbuilt and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete with the following accessories: Make of engine: KOEL GREEN/Kirloskar Electric / Ashok leyland / Cummins / Greaves (i) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping.

(xviii) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing. (xix) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity batteries control. (xx) Fuel pipe class STIC 1" /1.5" /2" dia - 01 lot (xxi) Self starter 12 volts DC. (xxii) Electric operated electronic governor. (xxiii) Fuel injection pump. (xxiv) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer"s specifications displaying the following:-

(xxvi) Battery:-12 volts(1x12v Battery) DC, 180AH, maintenance free battery conforming to IS:14257 with leads & terminals (Make- Excide/Amron). (xxvii) Fuel tank:10 hrs. full load diesel storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet, fuel outlet, air vent, drain plug, in let arrangement for diesel filling fro exterior canopy (without opening its panel) etc complete all as specified and directed. (xxviii) Acoustic Enclosure:- M & L for acoustic enclosure for the above 500 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide of Central Pollution Control Board and manufacturer"s specification and comprising of following from authorised GOEMs of Gen Set manufacturer"s specified :- (a) Sound insulation : 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 64 Kg/Cum). (b) Outer body : 1.5mm thick CRCA (c) Door : 1.5mm thick CRCA (d) Base frame : ISMC 300 (v) Inside illumination : 1 No.- 1 x 18 watt FTL fitting of make Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton.
53(xxix) AMF Control panel:- Factory fabricated cubicle type, free standing, fixed on angle ironframemade out of 50x50x6 mm, Outdoor type, IP-52, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc and comprising of following: Note :Cost of deisel / testing load & equipment, testing engineer, required for Load Testing of DG Set for 24 hours is deemed to be included in the aboved rate. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for Load Testing of DG Set.

57Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core.
58Design, M & L for fabrication of towing type DG set trolley made up of 4 Wheeled Trolley for 500KVA DG set with double Axle of 80x80mm load bearing capacity of 8.5 ton including trolley with spring leaf suspension for 4 tyres. Main chassis will be of ISMC 200 x 65 mm Channel and cross member of 100 x50 mm ISMC, welded with reinforcement. M. s chequered plate will be welded on the platform of 4mm thickness. Tyre of brand : JK/MRF/CEAT/APOLLO ANY AVAILABLE STANDARD BRAND OF 8.25 X 20.16 with heavy duty disc with manual locking brake system of pull type will be provided for both axles. Front axle will be of manoeuvre type with tilt plate and towing a frame channel with i bolt. All the frame work will be degreased and spray painted with one coat of epoxy primer and epoxy paint. Manual sliding jack lift and pin lock type, Earthing electrode with flexible copper wire of 3 mtrs, Loading charges and freight charges till Goa with maximum moving speed of 30Km/Hr. (Dimension LxWxH : 6200 mm x 2100 mm x 1100 mm) Note : Design of Trolly shall be vetted by any NIIT/Govt Engineering College or any Govt approved Agency, shall be submitted to GE for taking approval before fabrication of trolley.
59Design, M & L for fabrication of towing type DG set trolley made up of 4 Wheeled Trolley for 250 KVA DG set with double Axle of 70x70mm load bearing capacity of 5.5 ton including trolley with spring leaf suspension for 4 tyres. Main chassis will be of ISMC 200x65 mm channel and cross member of 100x50 mm ISM, welded with reinforcement. M. s chequered plate will be welded on the platform of 4mm thickness. Tyre of brand : JK/MRF/CEAT/APOLLO ANY AVAILABLE STANDARD BRAND OF 8.25 X 20.16 with heavy duty disc with manual locking brake system of pull type will be provided for both axles. Front axle will be of manoeuvre type with tilt plate and towing a frame channel with i bolt. All the framework will be degreased and spray painted with one coat of epoxy primer and epoxy paint.
