(ii) Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only as per direction of Engr-in-Charge) No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours. (iii) When the run is not a full hour or in multiplies of an hour but involves a fraction of an hour the amount payable for that fraction shall be proportional to the number of quarter hours involved. (ii)The UNIT RATES of Item of Work will be inclusive of all the other charges for the machineries including registration charges, Road tax, Insurance charges, maintenance charges,cost of fuel, lubricants, salary of driver, washing charges, any repairing/replacement of spare parts charges and various other taxes & levies, if applicable, fines, etc. (iii)Reporting duty place is Air Field Area under GE (Air Force) Kalaikunnda. There will be no dead hour/mileage. The hour age for the purpose of "vehicle run" and "hours of duty" shall be reckoned from the starting of the job to finishing of the Job.
