12	Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new Air handling unit (horizontal floor mounted) in double skin construction with 0.8 mm plain G.I. inner skin and 0.8 mm pre-coated GI outer skin, thermal break Aluminium profile with thermal barrier, 43mm thick PUF panels. The air handling unit shall consist of face mounted 50mm thick 20 micron filters, coil section with 6-rows deep 3-circuit interlaced DX cooling coil of 12.5 mm OD copper tubes with Aluminium fins and G.I. casing, suitable number of distributors, 18G SS-304 drain pan duly insulated with 13mm closed cell nitrile rubber insulation, fan section with DIDW centrifugal fan EFF2 motor. The air handling units shall consist of suitable vibration isolators, access door, GSS channel base frame and aluminium volume control damper at outlet . The face velocity across coils and filters shall be maximum 500 FPM. The fans shall be selected considering a maximum outlet velocity of 10 m/s. Fire retardant type flexible duct connector and vibration isolation rubber pads shall also be provided. The AHU shall be suitable for outdoor installation with canopy.
