1Removing painting by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
2Providing and applying white cement based putty of avg thickness 2mm, of approved brand & manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete
3Painting with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade .two or more coats on old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
4Note:- The quoted percentage (%age) should be in fractional form in order to minimize concurence of similar quoted rates
