Tender For NCTPS – I – ES Circle –C&I Division – S.Dn- I –Carrying out Maintenance activities of C&I Equipments in Unit – I BOP System and allied areas for a period of 360 days---1 Charges for removal of the local pressure / temperature gauges and refixing them after calibration in boiler, turbine & generator areas. 2 Charges for removal of pressure / temperature transmitters including disconnecting the control cables, removal of clamps & manifold and refixing them after calibration in boiler, turbine & generator areas. 3 Charges for dismantling, cleaning, replacement of gaskets (280x280mm) and re-fitting of level switch 4 Charges for removing and refitting of accessories in pneumatic control valves & dampers such as I/P converters, air regulators, air lock relays, positioner and position feedback transmitters sending to lab for testing, and receiving the tested instruments from lab. 5 Charges for cutting and welding of take-off catch point in mills, flue gas, primary and secondary air path. 6 Charges for 3 Nos. Of single point cutting and welding of pipe size ½” impulse lines of mills, flue gas, primary and secondary air path including cost of gas, welding electrodes & consumables such as cotton waste, hacksaw blade, etc., 7 Charges for calibration of RTD, TC, I/P converter and Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switches, Temperature switches and vaccum Switches. 8 Charges for flushing of impulse lines of all types of transmitters in Boiler & Turbine Area 9 Charges for Material and Tools Handling Disassembling and Reassembling Works in the Calibrating of Control Actuators. 10 All types of Panel cleaning includes DCS, UPS, Power Packs, Power Supply Panel, etc., removal of Modules, Cleaning of Modules and refixing the Modules. 11 Releasing, transporting, overhauling, checking, re-fixing and conducting functional test on 4 Nos. Burner tilt power cylinders. 12 Cleaning of secondary air aerofoils inside the FD fan duct, choke removal of secondary air flow transmitter impulse lines 13 Overhauling of Actuators. Charges for releasing of ID/FD/ PA/HAD/ CAD Electrical Actuators in Boiler area from Gear Box in existing location, Cleaning, Inspection of defective spares.
