    Supply Of Yellow Cotton Socks Detailed Specification: A. Fabric Should Be 100% Cotton. B. Composition ( On Clean Dry Mass ) - Cotton=43-45%, Polyolefin=38-40%, Rubber=17-19% C. Elastic Should Be Of 2 Inches Width D. Knitted Rib: Cotton, Polyolefin & Rubber E. Base: Cotton & Polyolefin F. Test Certificate For Above Mentioned Specification Is To Be Submitted And Uploaded With The Bids Document On Or Before The Due Date. Failing Which, The Offer Will Be Rejected. G. A Non-Returnable Sample Should Be Submitted Within 30 Days After The Placing Of Po. Test Certificate Should Be Submitted Along With The Offer. Failing Which Offer Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation And Will Be Rejected. H. Delivery Schedule: Supply Should Be In Phased Manner I.E In 5 Consignments Of 6000 Pairs At Every 2 Months From The Date Of Placing Of Po Or As Per The User Requirements. Bulk Supply Should Start After The Confirmation Of Acceptance Of Sample By The User. I. Splitting Of Order Are Acceptable I.E. 60% To L1 And 40% To L2. J. Materials Should Be Supplied To Nrb ( K ) Stores. K. Bidders Should Fill And Upload The Compliance Form, Failing Which Offer Will Be Rejected. L. Validity Of Bids Cycle Should Be Minimum Of 90 Days After The Bids Opening.
