| 1 | Restoration of 135 TR Chiller Air Conditioning Plant-I installed at AC plant of Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu by way of disconnecting all the electrical connections from the main panel and holding of all butterfly valves then dismounting the screw comprsessor and motor assembly from the chiller plant using tripod and chain pulley set, dismantling and transportation of the comprsessor and motor assembly to the workshop by using crane and mechanical labour for complete overhauling of thecompressor including replacement of worn out bearings-11Nos, replacement of worn out loading & unloading pistions along with pistion rings, servicing of the compressor assembly with the chemical cleaner, repalacemnt of damaged solenoid valves, refitting and shifting back to site for assembling. Job includes rewinding of motor with proper copper conductor, replacing of worn out/damaged motor shaft by the new shaft and making it to the required size on Lathe machine and P/F of bushes and bearings in place of damaged ones then shifting back to site and refitting. Repairs to evaporator/chiller for major leakages by way of opening of front & rear header of evaporator unit, then holding pressure with nitrogen, detecting & rectification of damaged copper tubes using copper brazing/deading the unrepairable tubes as per requirement or replacement of damaged coper tubes with new ones as per requirement at site, closing of front and rear header of evaporator. Job includes removing of traped moisture and water from the system by the means of heat using heating coils and then flushing the system with the nitrogen. Then detection of minor leakages with the help of proper leak detection test by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hrs, rectification of the leakages using copper brazing and the process is repeated for the leakproof system. Then flushing the line with nitrogen and vacuumising of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising up to 30 microns. Job involves providing and fitting of drier core-04Nos, butterfly valve-04Nos of 5” dia, heating element-01No and expansion valve-01No, flow switches-04 Nos in place of old damaged ones. Job also includes descaling of plant by way of opening of front & rear header of condenser unit, circulating of chemical descaler compound in tubes with the help of special type of water pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, rodding of condenser tubes, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of condenser and supplying of water through butterfly valves. Job includes replacement of old compressor oil with new oil-32ltrs and charging the compressor with refrigerant 155kg (approx.). Connecting all electrical connections, testing and calibration of motherboard controller for accurate monitoring & controlling of plant parameters. Testing of chiller air conditioning plant on no load and on full load. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, carriage, unskilled & skilled manpower, all handling charges, taxes and allied works upto testing. |
