3Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Sal wood
4Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
5Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. pressed butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete. 100x58x1.90 mm
6Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
7Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 200x10 mm
8Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete . 100 mm
9Providing and fixingapproved quality 25 mm thickPVC door shutter with frame of brand syntex or equvalent including all fixturesfittings etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
10Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover.
11Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.
12Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6mm flat iron section.
13Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately). 6 mm thick Cement bonded wood particle board as per IS:14276
1412 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
15Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
16Special Structural repair works of disintegrated/ damaged RCC members such as Columns, Chajjas, Lintels, Beams, Slabs, fins etc as per the following process :
17a) Relieving structural members like columns , beams , slab of their superimposed loads partially or fully based on the existing site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-charge , by providing adequate adjustable steel props , frames, etc.. and including providing adequate timber runners, planks, bracings, jacking arrangement and tubular steel scaffolding etc.. upto any height as per the site requirement and removal of same after the completion of restoration work of the structural member concerned.
18b) Removal ofallloose and disintegrated cement plaster , concrete from the structure by gentle tapping of thesurface,upto the required depth till sound concrete is available including exposing the corroded reinforcing bars. Removal of the concrete in affected part, shall be such that it is removed 2-3 mm beyond the damaged bars, to enable to apply corrosion resistant coating.
19c) The reinforcement shall be cleaned thoroughly with wire brush to remove the rust,dirt etc. and applying two coats of corrosion protection treatment for the existing steel reinforcement with Cerazinc ZR or equivalent as per the manufacturer\"s specificationand placing adequate new reinforcement in position wherever required, as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge.
20(d ) A bonding coat of cement slurry mixed withpolymer based bonding additive of Ceralatex SBR or equivalent of mix 4 Kg cement + 0.5 kg polymer based bonding additive / Sqm area ,shall be applied over the cleaned and dried old concrete surface. Operation under (e) below should be executed beforesetting time of this operation.
21(e ) Building up of concrete section withpolymer modified concrete of requisite thickness witha ratio 1:1:2 (1cement: 1 river sand: 2 stone aggregate of nominal size 6mm to 12mm) mixed with polymer based bonding additiveCeralatex SBR or equivalent at 5 kg per bag of cement , including necessary operation of casting by dashing or hand packing or by shuttering to the requisite shape and size to achieve compact concrete section of the shape and size of RCC members.
22f) Smooth finishing of the above surface with Cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:,3 fine sand) mixed with polymer based bonding additiveceralatex SBR or equivalent at, 2 kg/bag of cement.)
23The rates includes all operations,materials and labour but excludingreinforcement. (All additives/ Admixtures/ coatings are to be utilised as stipulated in item or as per Manufacturers specifications)
24upto 25mm thick
25Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :
26(a) 3 mm thick
27Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
28Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) In cement mortar
29Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead (a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below
30Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: (a) G.S. Sheet
31Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. (a) 10 litre capacity - White
32Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete : (a) White solid plastic seat with lid
33Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively.

35Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall.

45Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour . (a) 15mm nominal bore, 107 mm long. Weighing not less than 110 gms.
46Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15 mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 85 gms.
47Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.
51Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): (a) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness
52Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.
53Cutting of branches of tree with necessary scaffolding arrangements, safety precautions, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
54Repairing of door/window shutters including removing the shutters, chiselling, planing the shutters & refixing the same in proper alignment, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
