Repairs to the door assembly of 6 KW PTSS Auto Clave Machine installed in the new operation theatre block at Govt. B&J Hospital Sgr. The job includes removing of all the pins of the door attached with main shaft and then the said shaft has to be shifted to the workshop for machining job The job includes fabrication providing and fitting of main shaft of suitable size and material and then the shaft has to be done proper threading as per the sample ,then the said shaft be also reinstalled along with other allied items and proper alignment of the pins and door has to be done as per the job requirement. The said door has to be then cleaned with suitable means and needful greasing has to be also done. The tools and tackles and consumable items required for the said job has to be arranged by the firm at site and finally the said Auto Clave machine has to be tested on full load.
