A) Fabrication of Conveyor Belt structure of size- Width-1.25 M x Length-17 M (approx.) by providing following material as per given drawing including complete painting of structural frame:-ISMC 100- 2 nos. Square Pipe 100x100x4mm of size 3mtr x 2 Nos. + 1.5mtrx 2nos. + 0.50 x 2 Nos. or as reqd at site (For Support Leg)MS Angle 50 x 50 of 5 mm as reqd. at site.MS PLATE 300x300x12mm x 6 nos. (for Base of Leg) as reqd. at site. Roller-40mm-2 Nos.Roller-28mm-13 Nos.Providing & fixing RCC Slab With Nut Bolt.B) Fixingwork of Conveyor Belt with the help of following accessories:-Adjusting Bearing - 2 Nos.Bracket Bearing - 2 Nos.supportive Bearing -26 Nos.Belt with Jointer & stopper as per conveyor structure size.C) Providing & fixing Motor 2HP including gear box with MS Plate Box.
