| 1 | Note :Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/them self or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency\"s Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor\"s part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory. |
| 2 | Material and Labour for Servicing of Natural Oil Cooled Transformer including taking proper shutdown from HT side and disconnecting all HT and LT cables, checking drain plug and replacing where required, checking oil level indicator and replacing where required, checking of silica gel breathers, claening and polishing both side HT & LT bushing and studs, bushing rod, servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, cleaning all sludge from main oil tank and conservator tank and removal off the site, manual cleaning the cores and windings from sediments and foreign particles deposited on cores/ windings/ body, replacing the gaskets and bolts/Nuts as reqd for under mentioned capacities of transformers.Note 1: Inspection of transformer shall involve:-(a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints. (c) Checking all terminations/connections inside/outside the transformer. (d) Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding(e) Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit, IR Value, High Voltage Test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge: |
