| 10 | Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, , cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge , compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete. |
| 11 | Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge cement concrete grass paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine fine aggregate (natural and / crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks in to the fine aggregate (natural sand / crushed sand VSI compation by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine aggregate (natural sand / crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra fine aggreagate (natural sand / crushed sand VSI grade finely washed etc.) and complete as per manufacturer spesifications and direction of Engineer in charge 60mm thick cc pave block of M-35 grade concrete with apprved colour and design and pattern. |
| 12 | In SSR for items of completed item rate, which are inclusive of material i.e. Rubble, Murum, Soil, 60mm./40mm. metal (Hand broken), royalty charges are not included in the basic rates. For the items of sand rates are inclusive of royalty charges. For Crush metal, the Royalty Charges are not leviable as it is manufactured product from stone and should not be considered for deductions from bills. As per Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No. 67 Dt. 15 May 2015, States that the Royalty charges of Rs. 400/- Per Brass (i.e. Rs.141.34 /cum.) are considered. (SAND) |
