Maintenance & Support costfor Document Archival System (DAS) software after Warranty period of Six (06) months post Go-Live• Software Enhancement: Incorporation of new and enhanced design, if required. Functionality enhancement of the existing software version, if required. Mutually agreed scope of enhancement will be detailed before start of work• Technical Support: Troubleshoot any unforeseen problems / issues / bugs to protect and ensure smooth functioning of the software
