Name of Work:NCTPS-I – SE/MI circle – AMC (23-24) – MPM Dn. – Unit II – Collection of coal mill rejects/Coal from Unit-II mill chute – Quenching, removing, stacking near mills, loading & unloading conveying by using tractor/tipper lorry, weighing in department weighing machine, dumping the reject in reject yard, coal in coal yard on tonnage basis for the period of 365 days from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024

Collection of coal mill rejects from the chutes at an interval of 20 minutes dumping in the specified area and cleaning around the mill area.The following procedure is involved. (Works a to d involved)a) Covering the tramp iron chute mouth with wet gunny bag.b) Closing the tramp iron chute spout inlet valve and opening the outlet valve of chute collecting the rejects in the wheel barrowc) Pushing the loaded wheel barrow from the pit off 1 mtr depth to the ground level transporting to the distance of 70 mtr and dumping as a heap in particular place.d) Replacing the wet gunny bag.

Loading mill rejects/released chocked coal collected near mill / feeder area from weighing in departmental weigh bridge and transporting to reject yard/ coal yard by using contractors vehicle and unloading the same and return.

Charges for cooling the mill rejects by continuous spraying of water using hose.
