| 1 | Annual maintenance contract for repair and maintenance of Plant type Air Conditioner system fitted in 01 number REL850E Drillworking at Nigahi Project, NCL.Scope of Work: (1) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Entire Plant type Air Conditioning system as per check list and OEM recommendation. Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of System specialist with helper in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations (2) Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling in Operator cabin of Equipment. Refrigerant used by you should comply recommendation of Govt agency.(3)To attend and rectify any break down/ repair within 08 hours after being informed by SMS / email/ on their registered mobile no /email. etc. (4) To assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance and repair of stocking at our end. Note-Compressed Air for cleaning purpose of job, Water & Electricity if required for doing the job covered under AMC will be provided by NCL. Spares will be provided/supplied departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil which has to be provided by contractor. |
