| 14 | Complete evacuation of main tank of transformer and filling of Nitrogen in vacuum up to required pressure and again evacuation the transformer tank after required time interval using nitrogen cylinder having dew point 60 to 65 degree centigrade and filling it in main tank of transformer up to pressure of 5PSI or as per instruction of site engineer of UPPTCL and maintaining it in the tank as per direction of Executive engineer required to dry out of transformer. This process shall be repeated till the desired value of 5PPM or as direction of Executive enginner of above substation.All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost. |
| 15 | Centrifusing of complete transformer oil of 20 MVA Transformer in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting pipecirculating the transformer oil through centrifusing machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV value of the oil perodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of superviser engineer at 132 KV Sub-Station Bindki. All t&p labour centrifusing machine will provided by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 16 | Electrical connection of 20MVA transformer including Laying,dressing and binding of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable making the loop and its ferruling as per schedule and interconnection as per requirment of RTCC panel, marshalling box, WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, cooling fans OLTC& other driving mechanism etc.All men, extra material(if required) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost. |

| 19 | Delta earthing for 132/33 KV 20MVA T/F consisting of fabrication of delta set with 03 Nos. 40mm dia size 3 mtr. Long electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all the three electrode with 75x10mm MS flat 700mm deep and connecting same with earthmat at two places with material except MS round bar provided by the department. Exavation and filling of sand will also included in this work.All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost. |
