The work is to be carried out in 20 feet deep tank. |
| 2 | Dismantling & removing of the gear box from its foundation after removing the induction motor from it with chain block and manual labour and shifting the same to appropriate place for proper execution of the work. |
| 3 | Fabrication of coupling protector as per sample in terms of shape, size, machining and metallurgy i.e. cast iron in terms of existing shape and size complete in all respect including machining job as required. |
| 4 | Proving/fixing of flexible plastic motor cooling fans of suitable size as per motor shaft with key to lock the fan as per 50HP 3phase motor having 1470RPM. |
| 5 | Providing/Fixing of new motor fan cover made of MS sheet of suitable size duly holed as per motor tapped holes and having 6 holes of 2inch dia on top of the motor for air circulation with a second MS sheet/conopy of suitable size at a gap of 3inch duly welded with four nos. MS flat in order to avoid the rain water entry into the motor top and painting the same with putting one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of phirozicolour. |
| 6 | Providing/Fixing of new connection box with cover plate made of CI/MS sheet (6mm) duly holed as per motor tapped holes suitable for 50 HP Vertical Aeration Motors and painting the same with putting one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of phirozicolour. |
| 7 | Providing/fixing of new connection/ terminal plates of insulating material as per sample for 50 HP Vertical Aeration Motors. Making connection of dismantled cables with proper nut-bolts and taping as required. |
| 8 | Providing/Fixing of new hooks to lift motors made of CI suitable for 50 HP Vertical Aeration Motors as per sample and painting the same with putting one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of phirozicolour. |
| 9 | Providing/fixing of new 6 pin bush coupling (complete in all respect) suitable for couple the 50HP 1470rpm induction motor with VH3M225, 31.4/1 ratio gearbox as per sample and bore as per dia. of the shafts of motor and gearbox with coupling key. |
| 10 | Providing of M.S. nuts & Bolts of different size for main propeller coupling, coupling protector and gear box and coupling protector and induction motor. |
| 11 | Re-fixing Input coupling and coupling protector on the reduction Gear box after resembling the all above parts and alignment with motor, fixing of oil seal, filling of oil complete in all respect. |
| 12 | Testing and commissioning of the Aerators on no load and full load. |
