Recondition the pump withall required spare parts ,like Ball bearings, gun metal wear rings, Brass bushes , lock nut, cast iron end covers, other accessories, required fasteners, gaskets,etc., assemble the pump, install the pump on the base frame and connect suction/delivery/priming lines ,Drive and Non-drive end gland packing to be changed, etc., check the alignment, testing for gland leaks and commissioning of pump set , painting base plate and pump set with one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats final epoxy base painting with colours mentioned below: as detailed in Schedule-A Base plate : GreyPump: Yellow(All the required materials for the above work shall be arranged by thecontractor) |
