Up keeping of toilets by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, side walls etc., by applying detergents such as cine fresh phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, cleaning stainer etc., for two cleaning per toilet per day as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials, such as brooms bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., all labour charges, leads, lifts etc., complete but excluding the cost ofbleaching powder and water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost and other cleaning and disposal works as directed by the department engineer at site if necessary.
