13Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,(tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag

17Supplying, Hot Roller Non-Alloy Steel Sheet piling Z-Typeor U Type with Larsen Interlock as per EN 10248-1:1996 Steel name S430GP & number 1,0523 (both as per EN-10027), Classification Quality Steel (QS) as per EN 10020 having minimum yeild strength of 430 n/mm2 including all statutory taxes, duties and incidental charges but excluding GST at Ex- stack yards of the supplier / Ex- Port in west Bengal / Ex-Railway yard in West bengal. For Export delivery , custom clearance formalities and charges would have to be borne by the Supplier as per dimensional parameters, sectional properties and testing requirements given bellow: Range of minimum thickness (excluding tolerance) at any part in mm -8.5 = tmin = 9.5 Range of Mass (Kg/Sq.m) -105.00 = M = 120.00 Range of Elastic Modulus (cm3) -1600 = E = 2200.
18Driving M S sheet piles of any kind of approved type and size conforming to I.S. code in all kinds of soil/ soil mixed with gravel, shingle & pebbles, by vibro-sinker including handling, cutting to requisite size, drilling holes, hoisting in position, welding, fabrication of sets of tapper piles, corner piles etc. with clutch bars as may be required including staging, scaffolding and hire charges of driving machinery and equipments, scraping and cleaning piles, painting the surface with one coat of surface primer of approved make and brand and two coats of ready mixed oil bound paint (except red lead and black japan) etc. including all cost of labours, supply and carriage of equipmemnts to site (by any mean) as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of sheet piles.NB:- Measurement of area underground to be taken i.e. straight length of pile multiplied by driven length).
19Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.
20Extra rate over Item Nos.19for all kinds of soil for every additional lead of 30 metres or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres.8 (eight) Extra Lead
21Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
22Labour charges for providing filter with well graded 40 m.m. down stone metal / shingles and laying uniformly below pitching on bed, side slopes including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge and including all leads and lifts complete but excluding the cost of supply and carriage of stone metals up to site.
23Precast cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification,in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3( corresponding to M20 Grade) with well graded 20mm down stone metal aggregate , including dressing, ramming, shuttering, finishing the surface by trowel without adding any additional cement and sand morter, curing, transporting and lying the blocks or lining units at worksite in position over sand cushion/ filter layer, with cold ( paper) joints between the adjacent units, having gap varying from 0 to 5mm as tolerable, with all leads and lifts, including supply and carriage of all materials complete. Stone aggregates of Pakur .Note: Provisions of of latest Departmental Manual for Lining in Irrigation Canals are to be followed, whereever applicable.
24Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works.a)M15 grade, Using concrete mixer
25Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.(b) Where staging is not required.
26Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.(D)RCC Grade M25(I)Using concrete mixer
27Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Substructure with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality, cement and water reducing admixtures, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete as per drawing and technical specifications.(E)RCC Grade M25(i) Height upto 5m (I)Using concrete mixer

29Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial traightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

40Supplying at site High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bag of size 0.84 m x 0.38 m conforming to BIS:14252:2015 for bank protective works including all cost of cost of transportation on road by all means, including other incidental charges complete. Note:Payment will be made subject to the result of 3rd Party Testing, to be done by the Engineer-in-charge departmentally.
