Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioningof BSNL approved make lift with Gearless machine of capacity, 6 passenger (minimum 408 Kgs), serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed Technical specifications and requirements of lift installation, its components, safety devices, various types of controls and methods of operations etc. complete as required as per relevant Lift Act and relevant I.S. and safety standards and as under(i) Speed : 1.0 meter per second(ii) Floors: G+4 floors(iii) Travel:21.2 meters (approx.) (iv) Stops & Opening (Five stops & Fivelandings) on the same side(v) Controller: Microprocessor based selective collective simplex controller(vi) Automatic Rescue Device(vii) Operation: Full collective operation(viii) Power-415V, three phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire system(ix) Type of doors(a) Car:SS Hairline Finish with see through glass window.(b) Landing doors: SS Hairline Finish with see through glass windowThe landing door and car door shall be mechanically connected so as to open or close simultaneously.(x) Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car stops at a floor served by the elevator (Tell Tale floor indications with floor announcement in Hindi and English)(Details specifications attached)

Comprehensive Maintenance of above1 no. 6 passenger (minimum 408 Kgs), after free warantee period (i.e. 1 year after actual completion of work) including regularly and systematically examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairing plus replacing all spares including machine motor and controller and other parts, if any required etc complete as per terms, conditions and specifications attached.i) 1 no. 6 passanger, 1.0 M/s Lift (G+4) floorsAMC for Second year( First Year covered underdefect liability/warranty period.)
