1SH :- (A) Road Work
2Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
3Excavation in hilly area in Ordinary rock by mechanical means not requiring blasting. ( Excavation in ordinary rock in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters).
4Compacting original ground supporting subgrade ( Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for subgrade construction.) Case-I
5Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with material deposited from roadway cutting ( Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavated from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table no.300-2)
6Surface drains in ordinary rock ( Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross sectional area 0.4 sqm in ordinary rock to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 to 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment at site.)
7Providing laying & compacting granular base/sub-base with naturally occurring sand gravel material free from organic or other deleterious constituents spreading with motor grader and compacted by rolling with power roller of 8-10 tonnes capacity in layers not exceeding 150 mm (spread thickness)
8Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. i) Manual means- Grading-I ( Aggregate size-63 mm to 45 mm )
9Retro-reflectorised Traffic signs ( Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class B Type-IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3 mm/ 4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3 mm . Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67
10Direction and Place Identification signs upto 0.9 sqm size board. ( Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4 mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3 mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.)
11Excavation in soil by manual means. ( Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site eith all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters.)
12PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation- PCC 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.
13Type-A, \"W\" : Metal beam crash barrier ( Providing and erecting a \"W\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811)
14SH :- (B) Construction of Pipe Culvert & PCC drain
15Excavation for structures (Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work.)

30Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall abd provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.
