M&L for developing first grade lawn using AMERICAN BERMUDA CARPET GRASS by cleaning the site and initial earth work, excavation of soil to a minimum depth of 0.45m in all types of soil including removal of debris and unwanted growth etc., to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and filling 0.15m with red earth and top dressed upto 7.5cm depth with sand (0.1125 Cum), Horse manure (0.1125 Cum) in proportion (1:1) applying 100 grams of neem cake per 1.0 Sqm and application of soil insecticides, fungicides such as Furedon/Phorate/Agallot at recommended doses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for planting of ORNAMENTAL TRESS/ SHRUBS of different variety as approved including excavation of pits of size 45cmx45cmx45cm and filling upto 50% of the pits with good earth suitable for gardening and remaining 50% with sand (0.007 Cum), farm yard manure (0.014 Cum) and red earth (0.021 Cum) in the proportion (1:2:3) and planting with well established rooted plants including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed.The species of plants shall be as under (Approx):(a) Royal palm - 26 Nos.(b) Fiscus Black - 22 Nos.(c) Fiscus Panda - 22 Nos. M&L for planting of HEDGES formation including excavation of trenches of size 45cmx45cmin cross section and filling upto 50% of the trenches with good earth suitable for gardening and remaining 50% with sand (0.112 Cum), farm yard manure (0.224 Cum) and red earth (0.336 Cum) in the proportion (1:2:3) and planting with well established rooted plants including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NOS. 1.00, 2.00 & 3.00 ABOVE: (i) American Bermuda carpet grass, Ornamental trees/Shrubs and Hedges if dies during contract and maintenance period, the same shall be replanted with new ones without any extra cost and should ensure its liveliness.

Maintenance of American Bermuda carpet grass, Ornamental trees/Shrubs and Hedges for a period of two years excluding the year of execution (contract period) by engaging one gardener/ male mazdoor (on all days including Sundays and holidays) for watering, trimming, manuring, re-planting etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.
