Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetation, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii)For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.
3Stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35cm wide and not less than 60cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
4Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .
5Returning, filling in ,including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed .
6Plain cement concrete(1:2:4)type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintel, cill, bed block coping ,bed plate, bond stone etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form workcomplete all as specified anddirected .
7Earthing complete with galvanished earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to galvanished iron earth lead strip 32mmx6mm upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers, thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No. 5 SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore, Galvanised Iron pipe light grade, 1.50 metre long for watering and 40mm bore Galvanised Iron pipe light grade for earth lead protection 5.00 metre long fixed with poles with two clamps, made from earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm, bolts, nuts and washers, 80mm thick pre cast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1, reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric wieghing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified & as directed. Note : (i)Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil and testing of earthing shall be included in this item. (ii) The unit rate shall be deemed to included for Test Point, 32mmx6mm GI strip from top of the earth plate upto 7.50m above ground level. In case, GI protection pipe required is less than 7.50m, no price adjustment shall be made. (iii) PCC Pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
8Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPEinsulated screened PVC bedded, armoured,heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc. including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI pipe and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately (ii) Road cutting/ floor cutting/ cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/ fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

17Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 4mm GI strip including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Nut, bolt and other items included in quoted rate by the tenderer.)
18Dismantling of old unservicable bus bar chamber and Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947.The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheetand 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.(Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

31Scrubbing of existing paints ofexistingLT panel board, LT feeder Pillar boxes, LT bus bar chamberpaints of any specification and removing old paints and preparation of surfaces for painting complete and M&L for painting of LT Panels, LT Feeder pillar boxes, LT bus bar chambers internaly and externaly with one coat of superior quality smoke greypaintto achieve fine finishing in and includingrepairing ofcomplete LT panel by welding of hings, door , including fixing Aldrop/Sliding door bolt with locking arrangement and layout the existing cable in proper manner by necessary excavation work complete all as specified and directed .
32Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheetby bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, weldingof MS black sheet forLT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2mm thick mild steel sheet including providinghingesfor opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement andpainting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in-charge at site.Note : The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclussive in the unit quoted rates.
33Surface cleaning and spreading of new aggreages of size 40mm evenly inside the transformer yard area, and remove the all debris, hard soil upto a depth of 40cm manually with causing damage to the LT/HT under ground cables of any size and in the presence of under ground cable loop carefully clearing the area with out using excavating tools like crow bar, spades, showel etc and depositing excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.
34Making earthing pit on existing old earthing where pit is completely damaged including cover 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4)type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 pit/chamber including all necessary excavation and earth work complete all as directed and directed.
35Making earthing pit chamber cover on existing old earthing of 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4)type B-1reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.
