This Machine Is An Old And Already Served More Than 32 Years In Railways And Is Under Break Down, Also, This Machine Is Not Required At Dls / Mib. The Following Abnormalities Noticed Is As Under: 1 ) The Lapping Machine Is Not In Working Condition. 2 ) The Machine Is Overage And Unserviceable.3 ) Its Driving Motor Is Worn Out. 4 ) Lapping Surface Is Distorted, Hence Spring Plate Of Air Compressor Disk Valve Are Not Lapping Properly.5 ) This Machine Is Used To Lapping Of Disk Valve Spring Plate Of Narrow-Gauge Locomotive.
