(d) Technical specification shall be approved before placing order. (e)Module Efficiency not less than 20.7%, each (f) Module weight as per manufacturer recommendation. (g)PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which shall not be less than 90% of the initial value at the end of 10 years and 80% of the initial value at the end of 25 years. (h)The make of solar panel shall be indigenous & MNRE approved. Certificate for the same along with technical specification shall be produced to GE before placing order. (j) Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting rates. Note:-(i) Any necessary item required for functioning of Solar plant but not catered in the contractwill be deemed to beincluded in the quoted rate and nothing extrawill be admissible on this account. (ii) Frame work to support solar modules to be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

4Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of minimum 10 Kw 50 Hz, 3 phase 415V, IP protection IP65 , Input(DC) PV power 14630 Wp, Max DC power per MPPT 6200 W and Max output(AC)power 11000VA, Max output current 15.9 Amps suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module/array/battery bank to AC for further feeding to existing system.The input D.C. tech specification of inverter are as under:- (i) Operating temperature :- 25ºC to + 60ºC (ii) Relative humidity (Non condensing) upto 95%. (iii)The inverters shall have minimum protection to IP65 and minimum European efficiency 98% load as per IEC 61683 standard.. (iv) The inverter shall consist of associated control, protection, data loging device and remote monitoring hardware. Derating factor will be considered for Garota area (Punjab) . (v) The inverter shall adjust voltage and frequency levels to suit the existing DG Sets/AC power supply. (vi) The inverter shall be self-commulated with pulse width modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronize maximum within 1 minute. (vii) Full power MPPT Viltage Range (480V to 850V). 5Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of minimum 15 Kw 50 Hz, 3 phase 415V, IP protection IP65, Input(DC) PV power 19950 Wp, Max DC power per MPPT 11000 W and Max output(AC)power 16500VA, Rated power 15000W Max output current 24 Ampssuitable to convert DC power of solar PV module/array/battery bank to AC for further feeding to existing system.The input D.C. tech specification of inverter are as under:- (i) Operating temperature :- 25ºC to + 60ºC (ii) Relative humidity (Non condensing) upto 95%. 7Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning Array Junction Box (DCDB) with Photovoltaic fuse (1000 VDC 20A) , MCB and surge protection device (SPD Type-2) suitable for 10 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as specified and directed.
8Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning Array Junction Box (DCDB) with Photovoltaic fuse (1000 VDC 30A) , MCB and surge protection device (SPD Type-2) suitable for 15 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as directed and directed.
9Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning Array Junction Box (DCDB) with Photovoltaic fuse (1000 VDC 40A), MCB and surge protection device (SPD Type-2) suitable for 20 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as directed and directed.
10Design, supply, fixing support structure of MS C channel not less than 3 mm thickness hot dipped galvanised (80microns) including PCC foundation for civil works (excavation,grouting PCC etc.) and fixing the mounting arrangement suitable for 10/15/20 Kw solar module on ground for solar tree/parking shedto withstand minimum horizontal wind speed at 170Km/Hr, the mounting structure is of mild steel hot dipped galvanised. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum speed without sacrificing the output from solar PV panels. Nuts, bolts, supporting structures including module mounting structures shall have to be adequately protected from atmosphere & weather prevailing in area. All fasteners shall be of stainless steel of grade SS316. Two Nos of anti theft fasteners of stainless steel on two diagonally opposite corners of each modules shall be provided, complete all as specified and directed.
11Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning ACDB (AC Distribution Board) Panel with MCB (32Amp "C" Curve 4 Pole) for incoming and outgoing, multi function energy meter and surge protection device (SPD type-2) suitable for 10 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as directed and directed.
12Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning ACDB (AC Distribution Board) Panel with MCB (40 Amp "C" Curve 4 Pole) for incoming and outgoing, multi function energy meter and surge protection devicesuitable for 15 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as directed and directed.
13Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning ACDB (AC Distribution Board) Panel with MCB (63 Amp "C" Curve 4 Pole) for incoming and outgoing, multi function energy meter and surge protection devicesuitable for 20 Kw solar modules and invertor complete all as directed and directed.

16Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning MC4/RJ Connector & Cap, Male-Female connectorswith UV Resistant Cable Ties Complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply and fixing of LT 3 Phase-4W direct connected Energy Meter 10-60 Amps, Accuracy class-1.0 with Polycarbonate meter box with hing type locking arrangement. The meter must be having LCD type display including metalic chamber box for installation of meter made out of MS sheet thickness not less than 3.15 mm having minimum dimension 0.5X0.5X1 Mtr duly supported on 4 legs of angle iron of size not less than 50X50X6 mm and length 45 cm duly welded with chamber box and grounded in PCC M-20. The chamber box shall have clearance from ground 30 cm and chamber shall have provision of suitable size cable glands for incomming and outgoing cable,complete all as specified and directed. .
18Design, supply & fixing of Lightning Arrestor conventional having coverage area 25 Mtrs radious suitable for 10/15/20 KW Solar Panels with required number of suitable Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning arrestors installed in the array field. Lightning arrestors/surge arrestors shall conform to IEC 60099-4 or IS:3070 except to the extent modified in the specifications. Arrestors shall be of hermetically sealed units, self-supporting construction, suitable for mounting on lattice type support with the following :- (i) The air terminal should be capable of racking the lightning stroke 60 micro seconds earlier as compare to passive lightning rod. (ii) The air terminal is Early Streamer Emission (E.S.E.) type which shall be fixed at the top of a GI elevation pole with base so as be at least 2 meters above the structure to be protected. Its height above roof level would be dependent on the level of protection and the protection rad required (iii) The air terminal should be working on the principle of early streamer emission using non-radioactve technology, needing no external power source. (iv) The air terminal is of Alumn/Copper and it has qualified diameter to resist high values of lightning currents. (v) Roof connecting pipe of suitable dimention should be capable of withstand in lightning strikes . The terminal adaptor having suitable size and necessary civil works required for fixing of pipe shall be included in the quoted rates.
19Material and labour for 25x4mm Aluminium strip as Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required all as specified and directed .
20Material & Labourfor earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in theground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 25x4mmas earth leadby means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI light grade pipe 40mm bore as protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1.Earth strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2.Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3.Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels .
21Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in theground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mmdia as earth leadby means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI light grade pipe 40mm bore as protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed.
