Name of Work:3rdPARTY SUPERVISION OF BULK LPG TANK WAGON LOADING OPERATIONS AT HPCL, MLIF, MANGALORE ON BEHALF OF IOCL, LPG BP,DEVANAGONTHI FOR ONE YEAR PERIOD 1 YEARS.as per the detailed schedule of rates, scope of work and terms and conditions given in the technical bid. The percentage quoted by the bidder will be applicable to all items of the detailed schedule of rates given separately as a tender document. Tenderer to study the technical bid prior to quoting.

3rd Party supervision of Bulk LPG tank wagon loading operations at HPCL, MLIF including liasioning with Railway and IOC co-ordination cell officers for collecting relevant documents pertaining to loading operations. Job includes communicating rake placement and loading details through SMS & e-mail and despatch of documents to General Manager(Plant), Liasioning with MLIF for collection of RR documents without delay,Collection of LPG test certificate periodically(Once in a fortnight),Devangunthi Bottling Plant in the requisite formats immediately after loading. Average No of Rakes in a month will be 20 Nos.The rates are inclusive of all expenses towards supervision, administrative expenses, documentation, packing and forwarding chargesincluding GST
