| 1 | Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. partially underground / Elevated Circular storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. |

| 12 | C/O Slow Sand Filter Bed: Designing,Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground Slow sand filter bed as per capacity given below at various LWSS/GWSS Schemes under JSV Jamta at diffrent sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including PCC (1:3:6)in foundation and M30 design mix but not less then 1:1.5:3 in bottom slab/raft,walls and beams and RCC ( 1:1.5:3) in roof slab/Dome with provision of inspection path aroud the dome with all alied Civil work such as C/O Chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet,, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI/MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside, CI cowl type ventilation, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water lightness, All works shall be confirming to relevant IS code. The cost of Valve , bulk meter/flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. (ref data sheet No. 1 ) The contractor shall provide 6 Sets of approved drawing and desgin to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. ( Filter Bed 2 Unit) |
| 13 | Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each. |
| 14 | Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded,screened,washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer in charge. |
| 15 | 2nd Layer :-Coursed sand screened, cleaned, washed & graded 3 mm to 6 mm from approved quarry. |
| 16 | 3rd Layer :-Bajri screaned, washed and graded 6 mm to 20 mm from approved quarry. |
| 17 | 5th Layer :- Brocken stone screaned, washed and graded for 50 mm to 75 mm from approved quarry. |
| 18 | Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum,Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds,disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge. |
