Note:-(a) The work of periodical services shall be carried out as up to G+2 building. Necessary steel scaffolding shall be provided by the contractor. All safety measures shall be strictly adhered.(b) Contractor shall also ensure medical/life insurance cover for the labour party and the copy of the same shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE through EIC.(c)Items shall be carried out through authorised company applicator only.(d) Contractor should procure entire qty required for all items as per CA qty at a time or in various consignemnts as per requirement (with minimum requirement of three months) and material shall be stored in covered godown /store room in such a manner as to prevent deterioration or any damage. The storage, accounting and preservation of material procured by the contractor shall be done as per standard engineering practice till the same is incorporated in the work and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate/amount quoted by the tenderer.(e) The contractor shall submit original purchase vouchers for the total quantity of material to be incorporated in the work.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses in any shape flat or curved section including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts(machine made) 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
