Refurbishment/Rebuilding of cracked DE/ NDE upper and lower Housing covers to preclude excessive leakage of turbine oil providing locking arrangement of guide vanes, refurshment of DE and NDE bearing and thrust collar and turbine shaft of Unit-IV of Rongtong Power House.Refurbishment of guide vanes by providing and modification locking arrangement with matching and setting of all guide vanes by manual grinding and buffering of all guide vanes to proper opening and closing of guide vanes. setting of positioning of all link liver and regulating ring assembly of guide vanes.Refurbishment and rebuilding of cracked DE/NDE upper and lower housing cover to preclude excessive leakage of turbine oil and water also replacement of Brass seal2sets with new one and modification to completely arrest the oil leakage from bearing, turbine shaft with turbine and generator with turbine complete in all respect. After fabrication/rebuilding, commissionig of housing and locking pins it should be tested in the presence of Engineer-in -Charge or his representative durine running of machine for at least 72 hours with no leakage of oil and water.
