Each plate having a hole of size 12mm drilled in the center of the plate. 2. Ornamental Design C.I. Pillar ( Quantity of base pedestal with M.S. pipe: 10 nos. & Cast Iron Capital: 10 nos.) :- Cast iron base pedestal with vertical flutted design as per design copy enclosed having base of size 225mm x 225mm and height 900mm having 4 nos of holes of size 20mm drilled in the base. The top edge of the pedestal having 3 nos of holes drilled and tapped for holding MS Pipe of size 89mm and height 2550mm. The central pipe having cast iron capital as per design enclosed suitably mounted at appropriate height. Complete pillar suitably grinded, spray primered, dried & subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paints. 3. Spandrel & Friezes ( Quantity of spandrels : 20 nos. & Quantity of friezes : 10 nos)- Floral and ornate, decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze as per design copy enclosed, matched to be suspended between the two cast iron pillars. The spandrel (l-bracket) having length 475mm and height 400mm. the frieze (top panel) as per design enclosed, having length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze mounted on M.S. Tubular pipe frame of size 40 mm x 25 mm and all welding joints and gaps grinded and filled with epoxy resin fillers and subsequently grinded for smooth surface finish. Frieze properly welded to the column pillars at either ends. Complete set of spandrel & frieze uniformly grinded, spray primered, spray painted with two coats of enamel paint. 4. Central Crown ( Quantity: 10 nos) :- Cast iron floral design central crown each of length 415mm and height 50mm as per design copy enclosed suitably casted disc grinded and pin grinded to be fixed below the frieze between the two spandrels on either side. Spray primered, spray painted with two coats of enamel paint" 5. Cast Iron Base Panels With Frame (Quantity: 6 nos):- Floral and ornate decorative design cast iron side panels as per design copy enclosed, suitably casted, disc grinded and pin grinded for smooth surface finish having outer frame in M.S. pipe of size 40mm x 25mm with two numbers of holdfasts, 200mm long in 40mm x 40mm pipe. The welding joints in all the gaps in the panel suitably filled with epoxy resin fillers for smooth surface finish with proper grinding. The base panel having appropriate length and height of 735mm and thickness of cast iron panel 15mm. The panel top mounted with ms pipe of size 65mm x 22mm. The complete panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered, dried and subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paint."" 6. Top Frame with Roof ( Quantity: 1 set.):- Top frame in M.S. tubular pipe of size 40x40 mm properly welded and grinded the top frame fabricated. The frame top mounted with 26 gauge precoated galvanized sheet, sheets fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars. Horizontally fixed precoated sheets top mounted with different profile precoated sheets all along six edges above the column pillars to hide the horizontal joints. Each such sheet properly riveted to horizontal sheets. The roof pipe frames properly primered and painted in approved color. The roof top centre mounted with FRP dome of height 500mm and top dia of 360mm. The dome having a coupler arrangement in the base for proper welding on the roof."
