Removal of old rubber from the damaged portions of equipment, vessels, tanks, ducts, on floors, pipes, etc, at various plants and at various elevations and preparation of surface by chipping/grinding/wire rushing etc as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge and supply and carryout of new lining using soft rubber sheets of 2.5 mm thick in TWO layers to get a thickness of 5 mm so as to get a hardness of 60 to 70 shore A -after curing by hot water or steam.

Carryout fresh rubber lining after removing the scales, paint etc by wire brushing / grinding / sand blasting or by any means as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, so as to get a smooth surface on newly fabricated pipes, ducts, tanks, etc, and supply and carry out of fresh rubber lining with 2.5 mm thick soft rubber sheets in TWO layers (2.5 mm x 2 = 5 mm thk), and curing with steam / hot water to get a hardness of 60 to 70 shore-A.

Sand blasting / shot blasting of shafts, plates, ducts, tanks, etc in various Plants.
