Installation Scope For Tube Replacement ( During Sailing )  Mobilize Team  Open Manhole, Access Doors As Required  Remove Insulation, Cladding & Refractory In The Way Of Repairs  Flame Cut 10 Gas Outlet Tubes & 10 Adjacent Tubes  Crop Out 2 Down Comer Tubes  Remove The Tube Stubs From Both Drums And Prepare The Tube Holes By Grinding / Cleaning  Carry Out Ndt-Dpi Check On The Tube Holes  Install The Newly Supplied Tubes  Weld The Tube To Top And Bottom Drum Holes Using Approved Wps  Fit Up And Weld Fin Material Between Membrane Tubes Using Wps  Light Expand The Tubes Before And After Welding  Carryout Post Weld Ndt- Mpi / Dpi As Required  Prepare The Boiler And Carryout Hydro Test - Witnessed By Class / Ship Representative  Install Refractory In The Way Of Repair  Install New Insulation And Refit Old Cladding As Required  Signing Of Documents And Demobilize Marked Tubes To Be Replaced Pls Consider The Following In The Quote - All Materials And Works As Specified Above - Class Verified Tube Certificate - Manpower-Supervisor, Certified Welders And Experienced Boiler Makers Holding Valid Cdc / Stcw Course For Sailing Job - Repair Procedures Required For The Job - Travelling Cost ( Approx ) To Singapore - Ppe, Welding Electrodes, General Consumables, Tools, Staging / Scaffolding Material - Sea Freight To Singapore.
