Dismantling of air blower from the foundation after disconnect the electric supply by electrician and disconnecting from the air line and dismantling of external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, dead weight, removing of belt and other parts after opening/ cutting of all rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter. Taking out the blower at safe place by manual labour and required tripod chain pulley block and other tools & tackles as per site requirement

Repairing of existing base frame by replacement of required worn-out channel including the cost of MS channel with complete labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of base frame as per site requirement

Providing and fixing of MS stud of size 20 mm x 200 mm fabricated by MS rod with complete threading, machining and finishing includes nut with washer

Dismantling/ removing of internal parts of blower for repairing by required tools and tackle at workshop.

Providing set of lip seal & O-ring

Nut Bolts of various sizes as per site requirement

Assembling of blower by fixing of new replaceable part provided by manufacturer mentioned above fixing of parts in actual position in blower. Making of the timing and balancing of rooters together for proper working of blower and washing of blower from inside by chemical processing to fitment of all internal component as per job requirement

Fixing of repaired air blower on the foundation at original position by tightly fixing and connected with air line by using of nut bolts and washer and making proper alignment with balancing and vibration free also includes the charges for fixing of all external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, pressure gauge, dead weight, belt and other dismantled parts as per site requirement.

Transportation charges for tools & tackles and blower at workshop to and fro
