Design Fabrication Supply Erection Testing Commissioning For Setting Up Machinery For Biodegradable Products Unit From Pineapple Leaves- 1 Mechanical Chopper :A Chopping Unit Having 50-100 Kg / Hour Processingcapacity; Should Able To Chop Irregular Sized Leaves With Tiny Thrones. Leaves Will Be Of Size 20-30 Cm Long With 2-5 Cm Width. Feed Inlet Should Facilitate The Smooth Movement Of The Feed Material Without Blockage. The Connected Motor Should Be Of Any Reputed Make With Suitable Power Rating Final Output Will Be Of Chopped Material Size 1-3 Cm Length With Maximum Width Of 1 Cm. The Mounting Will Be Self- Supporting.All Contact Parts Should Be Made Of Ss 304. 2 Steam Boiler Vessels :The Vessels Made Of Ss 304 Should Be Open Jacketed Type With Dish End Bottom With A Drain Valve ( 0.75 Inch ) , Provided With A Perforated Ss Sheet ( 5-10 Mm Hole Size ) Attached To The Dish End Portion In Order To Separate The Solid Particles While Draining, The Vessel Should Be Provided With A Stirrer And Should Be Preferably Of Tilting Type. The Feed Material Should Able To Heat Up And Boil 50-100 Kg / Hr Which Is A Water / Solid Mix Material. Working Volume Of The Boiler Vessel Is 200-250 L. Drained Water Will Be Collected In A Vat Of Approx. Capacity 20 L And Will Be Recirculated To The Next Steam Boiler Via Recirculation Pump. Provision For Temperature Measurement Should Be Provided. The Mounting Will Be Selfsupporting. 3 Grinding Unit / Wet-Pulping Unit :Should Have A Grinding Capacity Of 50-100 Kg Per Hour. The Mixing Material Will Be Cooked Leaves And Starch To Make Into Pulp. The Connected Motor And Starter Should Be Of Reputed Make With Suitable Power Rating.The Output Materials Will Be Ground Smooth Pulp. A Collection Bin ( Ss 304 ) With A Capacity Of 25 Kg Pulped Material Should Also Be Provided At The Outlet Of The Puling Unit.The Outlet Of The Unit Will Be Transported To The Drying Unit’S Hopper Via Suitable Conveyers. The Contact Parts Of The Unit Should Be Ss 304 And The Mounting Should Be Self-Supporting 4 Starch Preparation Tank-Ss 304 Stirred Tank Having A Size Of 50 L Capacitywith Heating Arrangements In Steam Jacket / Steam Coil / Electric Coil System. The Vessels Should Have Drain Valve ( 1 Inch Diameter ) And Temperature Sensor And Be Self-Support Mounting 5 Drying Unit :A Continuous Automatic Drying Unit For The Dehydration Of The Pulp From ( In Paste Form Of Around 80 % Moisture Content ) Uses A Single -Passconveyer Belt Type Dryer At A Temperature Of 120-130 C. The Output Is Of Around 20 Kg Dried Products / Hour. The Material Of Construction Ss 304 For All The Material Contact Parts. The Final Product Should Have A Moisture Content Less Than 10 % With Asolid Sheet Thickness Of 1-3 Mm.The Drying Unit Should Be Equipped With All Types Of Measuring And Control Devices For Temperature In Various Stages. All The Connected Motors For The Drying Unit Should Be Of Reputed Make With Suitable Power Rating.The Entire Drying Unit Will Consists Of A Feeding Hopper, Precision Control Unit For Thickness Adjustment And A Isothermal Heating Unit Equipped With Uv And Ir Lamps To Facilitate Enhanced Drying Rates, Followed By A Micro-Thinning Unit And A Cutting Unit Of Variable Sizes And Thickness As Per Clients Requirement. Heating Source For The Isothermal Heating Unit Will Be Via Electric Coils. Provisions For Pre-Heating Via Uv / Ir Lamps & Hot Air In The Precision Control Unit Will Be Preferred. The Entire Unit Should Be Having Electrical Panel And Control Unitsas Per Requirements . 6 Compression Unit / Hot Press:Moc Ss 304 For All The Contact Parts. The Die Pressing Unit Consists Of A Male ( Moving ) Part And Female ( Stationary ) Part. Initially Stationary Part Will Be Heated And The Sheets Will Be Placed On Top Of It. Then Moving Part Will Be Heated And Will Be Pressed On Stationary Part To Get The Desired Shape. The Pressing Time And Temperature To Be Optimized According To The Shape And The Finish. Mould Can Be Multi-Cavity To Produce More Than One Products And We Can Have Multiple Moulds Also. The Total Desired Output Will Be Around 10 Plates / Minute. The Capacity Of Hot Press Is 150 T And Bed Size 600×600 And Number Of Cavities Is Four, One Temperature Sensor. 1Mechanical Chopper : A chopping unit having 50-100 kg/hour processing capacity; should able to chop irregular sized leaves with tiny thrones. Leaves will be of size 20-30 cm long with 2-5 cm width. Feed Inlet should facilitate the smooth movement of the feed material without blockage. The connected motor should be of any reputed make with suitable power rating Final output will be of chopped material size 1-3 cm length with maximum width of 1 cm. The mounting will be self- supporting. All contact parts should be made of SS 304.
2Steam boiler vessels : The vessels made of SS 304 should be open jacketed type with dish end bottom with a drain valve (0.75 inch), provided with a perforated SS sheet (5-10 mm hole size) attached to the dish end portion in order to separate the solid particles while draining, the vessel should be provided with a stirrer and should be preferably of tilting type. The feed material should able to heat up and boil 50-100 kg/ hr which is a water/ solid mix material. Working volume of the boiler vessel is 200-250 L. Drained water will be collected in a vat of approx. capacity 20 L and will be recirculated to the next steam boiler via recirculation pump. Provision for temperature measurement should be provided. The mounting will be selfsupporting.
3Grinding Unit/Wet-Pulping unit : Should have a grinding capacity of 50-100 kg per hour. The mixing material will be cooked leaves and starch to make into pulp. The connected motor and starter should be of reputed make with suitable power rating.The output materials will be ground smooth pulp. A collection bin (SS 304) with a capacity of 25 Kg pulped material should also be provided at the outlet of the puling unit.The outlet of the unit will be transported to the drying unit’s hopper via suitable conveyers. The contact parts of the unit should be SS 304 and the mounting should be self-supporting
4Starch preparation tank- SS 304 stirred tank having a size of 50 L capacity with heating arrangements in steam jacket/ steam coil/ electric coil system. The vessels should have drain valve (1 inch diameter) and temperature sensor and be self-support mounting
5Drying unit : A continuous automatic drying unit for the dehydration of the pulp from (in paste form of around 80 % moisture content) uses a single -passconveyer belt type dryer at a temperature of 120-130 C. The output is of around 20 kg dried products/ hour. The material of construction SS 304 for all the material contact parts. The final product should have a moisture content less than 10 % with a solid sheet thickness of 1-3 mm.The drying unit should be equipped with all types of measuring and control devices for temperature in various stages. All the connected motors for the drying unit should be of reputed make with suitable power rating.The entire drying unit will consists of a feeding hopper, precision control unit for thickness adjustment and a isothermal heating unit equipped with UV and IR lamps to facilitate enhanced drying rates, followed by a micro-thinning unit and a cutting unit of variable sizes and thickness as per clients requirement. Heating source for the isothermal heating unit will be via electric coils. Provisions for pre-heating via UV/IR lamps & hot air in the precision control unit will be preferred. The entire unit should be having electrical panel and control unitsas per requirements .
6Compression unit/hot press: MOC SS 304 for all the contact parts. The die pressing unit consists of a male (moving) part and female (stationary) part. Initially stationary part will be heated and the sheets will be placed on top of it. Then moving part will be heated and will be pressed on stationary part to get the desired shape. The pressing time and temperature to be optimized according to the shape and the finish. Mould can be multi-cavity to produce more than one products and we can have multiple moulds also. The total desired output will be around 10 plates/minute. The capacity of hot press is 150 T and bed size 600×600 and number of cavities is four, one temperature sensor. The motor should be of reputed make with suitable power rating.
7Bio-coating unit: – It is a process in which predetermined amount of bio coating solution will be sprayed through precise fine spray control system on the final product to attain the final thickness of 5-20 GSM, followed by curing through UV (02 no of UV curing lamps of Curing width -10-12”, Wavelength-265 nm to 365 nm, Watts - 300 watts per inch approx ) with air dryer in a variable speed conveyer of adjustment of 5-50 mpm. Resin tank will be of capacity 20 L maintained at a temperature of 70-120 C with a temperature control. The width of the spreading area of the resin will be 100-400 mm.
8Bio-resin synthesis unit (a) 04 number of CSTR reactors of capacity 50 L each of SS 304 equipped with a stirrer and steam jacketed provisions with temperature (50-120 C) and rpm (20-50) control provisions. Piping and fitting should be of SS304 and mounting should be self-supported.One reactor should have the provision for inlet and oulet for washing the resin with water or solution
9(b) 01 No of Industrial evaporator (Rotary type) made up SS 304 of capacity 20 L equipped with vacuum pump and chiller internal water bath, condenser and a receiving flaskof 5 L capacity. Piping, fitting should be of provided as per requirement and mounting should be self-supported
10All associated Piping, Electrical Panels, Cabling and Instrumentation works
11The Tenderer should be enter an agreement of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)at free of cost for 1 yearafter completion of the Project work
